Look, Biden doesn't represent all Democrats... I know plenaty of truly generous liberals, and obviously there are conservatives who are cheapskates.
What bothers me is that despite the obvious fact that Biden is a world-class cheapskate, he sees nothing wrong with standing at a microphone and claiming that liberals have the moral high ground when it comes to charity. Not only is there zero poroof of that, there is considerable evidence that it's conservatives who give donate more money and time to charity than liberals.
