Head down to the jetty that starts ends the saco river. Camp Ellis.
Scope it out during the day fish by night. Been a long time since I was there (I was more interested in the beach
) but I would fish either side of high & fish the entire ebb to low.
On the North end is pine point where one can get some great clams!
Bait- Go to Saco tackle & ask them my guess would be mackeral.
