The state police of conneticut have been notified that a young man known to carry viles of flesh eating bacteria and other weapons including missing organs is now their number one suspect for any nefarious crimes occuring anywhere near the ocean. The local networks have also been notified just in case there needs to be an emergency message broadcast on television.
