T & P are sent from my family to yours. No matter how you look at it its not easy. Time heals but its tough to let time pass. When my dad passed I had some good friends step up to comfort me...it helps a lot. I stayed strong for my family but made myself sick holding it all in. Find a time and place to let it out, a good healthy release helps.
