Hey Mike, will they take an IOU, hard to make an offer without much action on this end. A ton has gone on the market lately up here, everywhere you look a new sign is out on the lawn, so I might have to lower my expectations

I've been busy with my mom and dad, it's a never ending battle, plus some serious job hunting this week. Headed to Maine today, with my old fishing partner, who I rarely get to fish with anymore. We are hunting smallies and pike, with plans to drink copious amounts of beer at the days end.
