In general you are not allowed to carry fuel in containers on the SSA. They have asked me if I had fuel or any kind of explosives in my car. They are suppose to look in your vehicle but I think they only spot check. I would just call them and get the scoop. But I doubt they will let you carry Jerry jugs with gasoline on board.
