I met a old timer from Charlestown a few weeks ago ....&& he was showing me some of his photo.s
He said he is the 1st responder for Mystic A. for south county when someone calls & reports a mammal .. ie seals , dead whale , etc . At the time he said in 2012 he had already gone to 38 calls .
He then showed me photos of seals cubs >>>>>>>>>> They are mating & producing their young in RI ......GREAT
