TO ALL RECREATIONAL ANGLERS CONCERNED WITH MENHADEN

THE ASMFC IS CURRENTLY CONSIDERING DRAFT AMENDMENT 2 TO THE MENHADEN MANAGEMENT PLAN.

Attached is the Draft Amendment which is a very complicated document. I have been through the document and have identified the key issues for our community to comment on at the hearings and have also attached a sample testimony for members of our community. Feel free to use or edit as you wish. I hope you distribute this to your friends and members.

I would be happy to discuss in more detail if you wish.

This email is meant to get you to hep our community respond to the hearings. I will also be organizing group and organizational comment letters.

If you are interested in getting involved please contact me....Patrick Paquette (BasicPatrick@aol.com)
