:'( Sorry Specialist - "Cohassett" is not up for sale :P ... It is a decent spot but it can't handle much traffic or it'll get shut down (hard and fast) and there is barely any parking & what's there is often off limits to the public... What I would recommend is any of the rocky ledges/beach and such from the south side of Nantrashket to Scituate (obviously "The Spot" is in there somewhere). The biggest problem is that parking at most places in there is a biatch at best... The easiest parking is probably for the first rocks at Atlantic Hill (those rocks will get you stranded at high tide) and limited parking at gun rock... BTW - which "Seal Rock" are you talking about... Shoot me an e-mail offline if you want...
