Good luck Chris. As a Landlord my insurance covers my property period. Structure and appliances etc. look into FEMA help as well. Many times there is federal money available to victims of Natural Disasters. Get the ball rolling fast on that as I know the money will be chewed up rapidly. Get in touch with as many state and federal agencies as possible. It will be a task but the hours you spend may be re couped via aid. I am sorry you are going through this bud. It is a Terrible thing to experience. I went through a fire in my twenties and it devastated me. But you get through it.
