Figures, I'd pay 14 years of God only knows how much gas, only to find out the state has a rebate program for money spent to put gas in a boats tank vs your cars. I've started to save my slips, but I need the details.
1. How does it work and can anyone give me a number for the agency running it?
2. Or a mailing address I can write for the appropriate forms.
3. If the gas receipt is all I need, along with the right info to send in, how does the state differentiate between a receipt for car or boat; they don't look any different. Do I need to have the attendant, write boat on it? Seems too easy to falsify amounts, not that I would do that
