I called around legally he doesn't have to help us move, relocate, pay for movers or a pod. Basically it falls on the tenant.

I have renters insurance but flooding by storms, hurricanes, natural disasters are not covered. I'm going to have a friend that files claims look over my paperwork and see if there is anything I can do.

I'm thankful we have a clean dry place, dogs are safe, and we didn't lose anything that can't be easily replaced
