I went on my annual fisihing trip with an old teammate from college. We have been friends for 29 years. This trip is always fun and we talk about old times and seem to always find fish. Last year we fished found blitzing stripers at the mouth of the Narrow River, they were up a down for 2 hours. Fish ran from 14-25 pounds.
This year we got out later in the season and went for seabass. We caught over 30 fish with 8 keepers. Throw in a dozens blues and assorted other stuff like a few togs and an ugly sea robin. We also came upon an ocean sunfish near Beavertail. The little guy was wrecked though had prop marks ripped down his side. These have been great trips with a good friend. I am thankful.
