i have a tide freestyle. i'm on my second one now and have had them for about 10 years now total. the only issue is replacing the bands when they break. it's almost cheaper to buy the latest version at that point. i wear mine when i am fishing all the time. they are waterproof. they are popular with surfers too. it has 9 tide presets i can create from predefined tide sites across the world. in other words, i can use the montauk tide it comes with and adjust it for tides at newport for instance. it shows a bar on the side of the current state of the tide (rising/dropping and at approx what phase) on the main time pane. it does not have moon or sun rise/set times. other than that, the apps are nice too.
