I pretty sure the Congressional Black Caucus bars White from joining.

I wonder if the Congressional White Caucus bars Blacks from joining.

If Obama was to join a Caucus would it be the Black, White or both?

Sounds like a bunch of “Malarkey” to me.

They should all go "Suck a Caucus"…………………..
