I too own them both. The 3-tube sees nearly all the duty when I am wetsuiting while the cube comes out when eeling or working a breachway where I need a few extra spots for jigs. The eel jug option for the cube is a great idea and has all but eliminated my use of a naked jug over the shoulder (I either eel or plug, seldom both). My 3-tube is from the pre-pouch days and is barebones but does exactly what I need it to do and aside form being a little dirty looks as good as it did the day I bought it 3 seasons ago.

What applications do you primarily plan to use the bag as that would be my deciding factor between the two.
