For almost everything with a serial number above 7000 sending it to Rivers End or your nearest service center is the way to go.
Below 7000, unless things have changed, is best handled by Oklahoma.
Loose rotor cup could be a tired 1-way bearing or a few other possibilities. I think it's finally due.
