My ankle joint if that is what you call it in my right ankle is actually loose for all the times I sprained or rolled it. Anytime there was a rock to be tripped over I would find it. My PT gal in Marshfield put her weight on top of my right ankle and lifted the foot by the heel and goes, "oh chit it moved". After you ankle heels Ross make it a point to walk every day on a tread mill if you have one. It strengthened my ankle enough so I don't worry about rolling it anymore. Hope you "heel" fast.
