Remember that a SPRAIN takes longer to heal than a BREAK
just the nature of it....
So with that in mind.....listen to what your ankle is saying MORE
if it says: hey can ya lay off (no bearing weight) me for 15 minutes or so
say sure.... not: .... cant stop right now
that's the KEY to the Lock .... it can recharge with frequent time /outs
on the one hand you have to use it to put a demand on it to heal
and maintain your circulation....(excercise) as does (periodic) ELEVATION
but when you push the boundary too far or too fast it'll back track to day 1
