OK maybe you didn't read it all but more than half those things are NOT available in Tennessee.I would not live there under any circumstances and I have never even been there. But something tells me they could teach me something about smoking meat and not the way Fishbones does either.Maybe it is the hillbilly go #^&#^&#^&#^& your sister stereotype or the way I would like to slap Jimmy Houston as much as Charlie Moore.
