I know, Jim. I have no sense of what food is good and what isn't.
Having been in the restaurant industry my entire working life and having gone to every big food expo in the Boston area for the last 12 years doesn't mean anything because I live in an area that only has good seafood and Portuguese food. But even though I have no taste, I find it hard to believe that there is not one good Mexican restaurant or Thai restaurant within 30 miles of my house. I guess since you've evidently tried them all, you can say that. I'll go next door and tell the Mexicans to close up shop and go to work at Taco Bell because their food isn't up to the standards of Mexican food in CA or TX.
BTW, my wife is Jewish so I can tell you if a brisket is good or if corn beef is edible.
