there are a lot of options so you have to decide how you want to catch them - deep water, flats, along the beaches, etc.
I preferred the flats and targeted them a few times in the keys in May. There is a place in florida where they are stacked up and guys go deep for them. Tarpon Springs? Seems like combat fishing and not my style.
