i was only two at the time but being in my terrible 2's stage i squirmed out of my mothers grasp ripped off my diaper , grabbed my minature surf board and paddled out to catch a huge wave.
My parents were horrified because i went naked so afterwards i got grounded and they locked my surfboard in the garden shed.

then to avoid a big spanking i had to sign a "be a good baby contract"

so next

i called my lawyer and asked (in baby talk) if i could sue them
for denying me my "pursuit of happiness" since i could only make a squiggly line for a signature...and he said it was perfectly legal.

so i screamed ever so loudly

forcing them to settled out of court with a full bag of cookie's....and some bazooka bubble gum.
