Went down the same road last year. Started looking about the same time and ended up end of July before finding 20' CC.
I figure buying a good used at a fair price is the way to go IMHO. If you run her for 1-2 yrs,,, and sell for fair price,,,,, low (average ?) cost to own.
I'm just finishing up re-wire and ready to go!
