I went new as my first boat, glad I did! No that I did anything wrong to my knowledge but practically have a new re-built boat under warranty!
As you say there are great deals on used boats which also means brokers MUST deal on new ones to compete.
If can't neg lower $$, accessories and longer warranties are nice.
