If you were lucky enough to buy a few briskets and freeze them, you can have that feeling many times during the year at half the cost.
(Check out the price of corned beef at any time other than the week before St Patricks' Day.)
I currently have 6 in the freezer for future boiled dinners or just sandwiches.
