Do it like yesterday. All you need is a quit claim deed. They will probably not come for it. But they can. Especially in a case of strategic default. I can have it drawn up for free but you need to record it at the town and pay the recording fees.
This is a mobile home in a park (the new place) there was nothing to record at the town as we no own the land, so does a quick deed still need to be done?? Thanks

shark lobster dont leave the house until the day they ask you to leave with a shriff and at that point do cash for keys they will pay you 2 k to move out if you leave house in good condition ,i do this everyday it is sad but you can get somthing

I moved in February, but my son is living there now.o it looks lived in cause I know they will close faster if they knew we moved.
