THEN..... put him to death in a fashion that fits his crimes.
First attach a grenade to each foot and remove them, then to each leg and remove them, then strap him to an electric chair and slowly bring up the charge until he begins to smoke like a BBQ brisket.
Then just throw what's left in a sewer or outhouse!
