8. No Parking

7. Individuals bearing guns

6. no wind, glass surface, lobster traps where you would normally cast

5. Boats dragging away the bait

4. Hypodermic needles

3. Lawn Chairs (Occupied)

2. Large gangs of "Fishermen" walking out to the end of a jetty smoking dope, with a huge cooler filled with beer and playing loud tunes (not that these are all bad, but not while fishing <img src="/Images/biggrin.gif">)

1. Excessive trash, line, crap or anything thats not supposed to be on a beach at night!!!
