Dave, due to some shoulder surgery I wont be able to fish until early July, but would like to fill in as an alternate if needed when I return. Do I need to register the same as someone fishing start to finish, or is there a different protcol? I know you are busy, so if anyone wants to chime in if they know, I would appreciate it.
