I think I'd prefer a smart phone app. with all of the details. Obviously, not so easy to use while wet suiting but doable with some of the new cases.

The problem with tide chart information is that it's not High and low tides that are key in most places, it's more so when the water starts moving that you want to plan around. If you head to the canal at "high tide" for example, you'll be within an hour or so of peak flow.
