By this measure the military doesn't really fit. Grassroots fundraising to send our troops gifts (like body armour) is certinaly a generous behavior, but on an individual scale impacts limited people.
So I think RIJIMMY might just have to suck it up and admit he was wrong on this one.

I did not mean to diminish spence; rather imply military/USCG trained, in Military/USCG rescue situations are not 'Ordinary' people.
