Toots & the Maytals last night at the Paradise . They have quite a following of young people. Place went nuts . Audience got up on stage with the band until Toots was sitting on the bass drum . You can only see one back up singer in my nephews cellphone pic left. The band never stopped playing during the invasion with Toots wailing away . He sang happy birthday to some girl in the audience just off the cuff with the band . At the end he gave all the bands bottled water out and shook hands with as mainy as he could .. It was kind of a reggae,, soul ,, religous event .. They ended with 54-46 (his old prison number ) covered by Sublime.. To top it all off I was carded at the door .. Thank you ,, doorman ..
