But of course you don't have a problem with bar selling the the notion that there was no obstruction even though he penned a letter so many months prior to getting the AG job indicating just that... and what did he base that decision on? where is the evidence? that he used .there was no obstruction of Justice ..based on . What legal standard was applied to that decision ? not enough evidence ,? that needs to be explained to the American public .
