Lying through your teeth. Gaige testified that Kyle never had his gun pointed at Gaige, until Gaige pointed his gun at Kyle. This is precisely what Gaige testified in court, and precisely what photos showed. This was the turning point in the trial, when the prosecution was doomed. Gaige was a prosecution witness, who testified that he pointed a gun at kyle

murder him. naturally the “journalist” an msnbc didn’t say “hold on, that’s not what you testified to yesterday. so we’re you lying then, or are you lying now”?
Pete, we know for a fact, that Gaige pointed his gun at Kyles head before Kyle shot him. What was Kyle supposed to do?
