By the way I am a former binge drinker (20+ years of being a "functional drunk") so I have experience with it's adverse effects. I still drink a few now and then but have learned getting hammered gets me no where I want to be.

Again, you're totally missing the reason that tobacco and vaping is banned and alcohol is not. It very simple and obvious.
