My sciatica started killing me the other day, pain in lower back running down the back of my left leg. Sometimes the pain gets so bad it stops me right in my tracks, F'in kills. Hoping it will dissipate over the next couple of days but I just want to find out if anyone has any good stretches or therapy for treating sciatica.
