semi-new guy

hi guys and gals, my name is steve , I'm from upstate N.Y., been fishing all my life, some body {my father} put a pole in my hand when I was 4 or 5 and that was it! I fish mostly for trout, salmon and northerns up in the Adirondack state park, over the years I tend to pick a new fish to fish for , about ten years ago a small striper hit my little cleo spoon while I was on vacation in Conn. and holy s*!T was I hooked, it was a 10 lb.er easy but what it did fight wise was unheard of compared to a lot of the fish, and bigger fish I"ve caught in the past. Little by little I started studying more of these fish. We have a great striper fishery that migrates up the Hudson river each spring, all the way to the Federal Dam in Troy,N.Y. its small in comparison to the sound fishery, but convienient in location. I"ll put more on my profile. I have two posts of my striper spinner baits on S-B. check out my pics albums.
