I built one while ago. I put down a cement pad(3") over 4" of crushed stone over the layer of hard pan in my yard. Then using 2x4 sills anchored to the cement. The bottom sill has notches cut in it for drainage away from the house. The walls are texture 111 painted on the inside as are the studs.I used translucent plastic panels for the roof leaving the eaves open for ventilation. If you can place it so it gets sun for most of the day it will be useable later in the season.
