That is incredible - I don't think I could do it but like I said if I feel like I can't handle a splurge day every few months I will go there. I've worked too hard for this and I'm not yo yo-ing again. This is not a diet it's a change of life. Its funny, with the intermittent fasting I am not hungry and I am not craving bread nor sweets, I feel great and I just want to keep it going.
BTW I am an honorary Pisan - I went to high school at Christopher Columbus High School in the North End
