Can the Stable Genius spin the Coronavirus missteps

He and his cohort certainly keep trying.

McConnell just said on Hewitt that impeachment diverted the attention of the government in Jan while virus was developing, paraphrasing but thrust is correct.

Strange considering Trump* said he knew it was a pandemic from the beginning, but if Trump* & GOP couldn’t defend against a legitimate impeachment inquiry & protect the country from COVID-19, then they‘re not equipped to lead. The rest of us multi-task and Presidents have in the past, many thru far more extensive and longer investigations and impeachments than this one has been subjected to.

But the best way to obliterate McConnell's claim that impeachment distracted Trump* is for reporters to ask the Stable Genius, "Is it true you weren't able to govern the country for two months?" Trump* won't be able to say yes -- he'll brag that he was amazing and doing things better than ever. That's just what malignant narcissist's do.

We now find ourselves in the same place as with the Ukraine scandal, where they are testing various "defenses" to see what sticks. First it was that the virus was a Democratic hoax, then it was the "Chinese" virus to play squirrel, next Obama did it, then wartime president, onto great ratings, off to stealing supplies that they exaggerated the need for and now it's impeachment waa waa

Frasier: Niles, I’ve just had the most marvelous idea for a website! People will post their opinions, cheeky bon mots, and insights, and others will reply in kind!

Niles: You have met “people”, haven’t you?
