The thing is this- the president is only the talking head of the party- his cabinet and advisors are telling him what to say and do..
Do you honestly think that McCain will guide this country all by himself? Do you think that Bush made all of those bad decisions in the past 8 years?
This country needs a figure head that will inspire the masses to rise above.
