This year is radically different. There really haven't been any hurricanes (season isn't over I guess). But how did Bush manage to change policy so drastically and fix the environment in one short season without anybody really noticing?

He was the figurehead for the change all the progressive laws about protecting the environment.... and he lead the charge to mining, gas & oil exploration, and lumbering vast areas of once protected lands..... good god...his group was raping and pillaging the weary planet.
