wayne, not everything is a grand conspiracy.
but not everything is as you say, either.
a girl was raped.
then the superintendent emailed school staff informing them of the rape.
then at a boe meeting, he said he saw no information that a rape had happened.
i say he lied.
you say he was bound to say that because of laws regarding minors
one of us has this right, the other one is a lunatic who will grasp
any straw to keep his side from looking bad.
