I think it's a lot harder than you might imagine.

Forget all the logistics that would have to fly under the radar of multiple countries trying to spot terror activity. Not to mention the likely stepped up prevention actions now that a confirmed case has moved long distance.

You'd still have a short window where someone who's incredibly sick would have to try and make physical contact with people in an open manner. I don't think they could just rub snot on hand rails and have a big impact.

It's something the DoD/CDC should contemplate, but I'm not worried about it.
