Getting ready to start digging out the Christmas stuff over the next few days - figured we could do a Christmas music swap if anyone is interested -

I like the traditional, but there is some funky stuff out there that I really like.

So I got an offer for the first 6 people who respond - I've been thinking about one of my favorites, a blues-oriented Christmas CD from Alligator Records, the blues label with stuff like Santa Claus Needs Some Lovin' by Tinsley Ellis among others - I'll burn a CD for ya on a swap basis if ya got some good holiday tunes -

Basically, I'm in that frame of mind that says screw George Bush, the economy, the bail-outs, the jobless situation, the Somali pirates, the energy crisis, the credit crunch, predictions of doom from the pundits, the embarassment of my spastic colon and the rest of the whole goddamned mess, I'm draggin' a Christmas tree home and me and the Mrs are gonna have fun in spite of 'em - sipping nog, decorating the tree and having a good old-fashioned Crafty Family Christmas
