Thank goodness it's a uniquely Republican problem.

In CA, there are counties with a larger number of voters, than there are people living on the county legally. But we can ignore that, and focus only on what the GOP is doing in NC and TX.

And here in CT, in the gubernatorial elections of 2010 and 2014, they mysteriously ran out of ballots in Hartford and Bridgeport (who knew you needed ballots on election day?), so polling places there were kept open a few hours later than everywhere else. Guess which way voters in those two cities lean?
