Anyone watch "Brain Games" on NAT GEO?

I saw the ad for the show and thought it was going to be some MTV - TLC - VH1 garbage game show, but was pleased to see it was a show that explained how your brain works in different situations and conditions.

Here's a simple test that EVERYONE WILL FAIL.

1) sit down and raise your right leg.
2) twirl your foot in one direction.
3) using your right arm, extend it and twirl your hand in the opposite direction.

Your foot will automatically change direction.

NOBODY can twirl the foot and had in opposite directions.
(It's all because that's how our brains are wired.)

They asked a question: How many tasks can you perform while multitasking? They gave a list of choices...0,1,2,3,4 or 5.
Most of us claim we can multitask and do 2 or 3 things.

The answer is 1
Your brain can only focus on one task at a time.
We can have 2 or 3 projects going on at the same time, but you can only focus on the task at hand.

These are a minute fraction of the facts that they present in their shows, and I found many of them to be quite interesting.

The show is usually on the National Geographic channel on Sunday nights.

I am a legend in my own mind!
