It is unfortunate that a lot of these "lone wolfs" are mere lost boys, people with troubles, maybe a little or a lot disturbed. Maybe the will and loose canon is enough to do the deed and the reason/ideology (BLM/Bernie/Trump/News Media) are just the target selection.
We all know people we would be hesitant to give a machete or gun, or let drive a car, or dispense meds.
It is getting worse with the instant and round the clock outrage.
