You do realize Page was under FISA surveillance as early as 2014 don't you? Multiple Republican appointed federal judges ruled there was probable cause to believe he could be acting as a Russian agent.

Actually it was his relationships with Russians that got him watched. The Dossier was just another reason. The FBI said the info was political. A Judge ruled. There's no conspiracy...this is how the DOJ works.
